12:30pm-2:00pm: Lower Body Conditioning: full lower body focus

12:30pm-2:00pm: fitness routine practise only: for any athletes preparing for the CBBF National World Qualifier

2006 ONTARIO NATIONAL QUALIFIER-DRUG TESTED EVENT

CONGRATULATIONS TEAMOBRIEN !!!!

This weekend TEAMOBRIEN competed at the 2006 Ontario National Qualifier-Drug Tested Event and walked away with some hardware....You ladies rocked!!!

The overall competition at this show was very impressive....the quality of athletes that hit the stage were the best that I have seen in quite some time. The venue was incredible as well....the stage was great, the warm up/pump up area were very spacious and had a ton of dumbells, barbells and mirrors, and the staff/crew were very helpful and and very friendly. The atmosphere and energy behind the scenes was a very positive one and I'm looking forward to the next event......

Dennis and I have coached many athletes over the years prepare for various events/competitions and we have created and built many friendships along the way...but, I would have to say that this year has been different than any of the others..... I don't know why and I can't seem to put my finger on it, but we have created a family type feeling within TEAMOBRIEN. We have all grown so close and shared all the ups and downs amongst eachother and have helped eachother pull through whatever it was we were going through....the team trains together, encourages one another, will help one another get through those tough early morning cardio sessions.......the support seems to be endless. Dennis and I truly feel blessed that we have all of you in our lives and we want to thank you all for being part of the TEAMOBRIEN family....(sounds kind of corny, but it's true!!)

The Ontario Provincial Championships were a HUGE success. Jim and Norm of Jamor Productions have outdone themselves once again....over 100 of the finest/fittest athletes from all over Ontario came to battle it out to to see who would take home the Provincial title and who would qualify to compete at the Canadian National Championships.

Dennis and I would like to congratulate our TEAMOBRIEN athletes. You all looked amazing and definitely made your mark in Ontario. Way to go!!

These girls have all qualified to compete at the Canadian National Championships in Edmonton on July 1st. Good luck ladies!!!

Our next event that TEAMOBRIEN will attend will be the Ontario Natural World Qualifier held next weekend in Ajax. Let's go TEAMOBRIEN!!!

I also had the opportunity to view my DVD and I absolutely love it. Doug Schneider has done an amazing job and I can't wait to share it with everyone!

wants to wish all competitors the best of luck at this weekends Provincial Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships.

The show will be held Saturday June 17th at Centennial Auditorium on 550 Wellington St, in London Ontario.
Pre-judging begins @ 11am & finals will be held @ 6:30pm

So far there are 100 of the fittest athletes registered for this big event....Special Guest Performer is IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, King Kamali...you don't want to miss this!!!

The amazing, Garry Bartlett of Musclemag International will be covering this event, and we also have the CBBF Official Photographer, Doug Schneider taking a ton of photos for many on-line magazines.

Come mingle with the athletes at the after party!!!! Everyone will be hanging out and celebrating together at Crabby Joe's Restaurant....all are welcome!!!

Dennis and I want to wish TEAMOBRIEN ATHLETES the best of luck at the ONTARIO FITNESS & FIGURE CHAMPIONSHIPS being held Saturday June 17th in London Ontario at Centennial Hall. A BIG CONGRATULATIONS GOES OUT TO JO ANNE ROBERTSON for placing 2nd in the Figure Open Tall Class and placing in the top 5 in the Figure Masters Division last weekend at the Sudbury Northern Ontario Championships. Jo Anne has now qualified for the Ontario Fitness and Figure Championships!!! Way to go, Jo!!!!

I want to wish Fran Dennis, and Cheryl Mitchell the best of luck at FAME this upcoming weekend. Kick some butt girls!!!

Our hockey camps at the Burlington Fitness and Racquet Club are all going really well.....The guys are all getting into incredible shape, building a ton of explosive power and increasing their overall muscular endurance...they are all a great pleasure to coach!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Dennis and I will be attending the Ontario Championships this weekend in London Ontario....
I will be back stage to help TEAMOBRIEN girls.....if anyone needs help backstage, please don't hesitate to ask.....I won't bite!!!!
