HI everyone!!
I hope you are all having a wonderful week so far. I now know why I haven't been feeling so hot lately....my wisdom tooth has started to break through the gum and believe me.....it hurts!! My cheek is soooooo swollen. I look like I have been punched in the face...OUCH!!
I think this one may end up having to get pulled!! I really have a fear of the dentist!!! I don't even know why I do...I have never had a cavity in my entire life. Oh well...I will keep you posted on this one.
The Canadian Fitness and Figure Championships were held last weekend in Winnipeg, Manitoba, so Canada now has two new Pro's. Congratulations to Tammi Strome (figure) and Christina Mehling (Fitness). Watch out for Myriam Capes from Quebec....she won the short class in fitness and was awarded the best routine. I was quite surprised she didn't win the overall title. Keep plugging away Myriam...your time to hit the pro circuit is near.

This weekend is the CBBF's first competition of the season in Stratford, Ontario.
Good luck to TEAMOBRIEN athletes, Cindy Morash-Rau and Stacey Mlinarevic. Both girls will be competing in the Figure division.

I have recently posted a few pics of some of my clients. Harry is our oldest client and he is still playing competitive baseball. Way to go Harry!!!
Natalie, age 21 jumped on board with us a few months ago and has made unbelievable improvements. We are so proud of you Nat!!

Well, I think I've done enough babbling.....Have to go to the gym...it's shoulders, abs and calves day.
