WEEKLY UPDATE!!

HI EVERYONE!!!

I can't believe the Arnold Classic is only a few more weeks away!! My competition prep is going well...My diet is on, my training is going amazing and my routines are finally almost finished! I'm such a procrastinator!!! For my 2 minute routine, I have been flip flopping back and forth on what theme/music I want to go with. I had one routine almost finished and then just the other day, I changed my mind....I guess I work better under pressure!!! I'm sure I will get organized one of these days!!!

Congratulations to TAMBRA TUFFORD for being selected to be part of Mindi's newest DVD's. Tambra has been a client of TEAMOBRIEN for almost 2 years and 5 months ago gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Alexis. Tambra trained throughout her entire pregnancy and even trained the morning that she was in labor.....crazy girl!! Tambra has made huge improvements and will hopefully be competing later this year. We (Mindi and Tambra) will begin video taping within the next few weeks and Doug Schneider (the videographer) will be following me all the way to the Arnold Classic on March 3rd.....The DVD will be released late spring, early summer.....I will keep you all posted on the release date.

Last Thursday, I was live on TV show "The Smith and Hayes show" I was doing a promotional segment on WATSONS FITNESS and working out. It was so much fun! It was a great experience and the staff/crew were all so nice.

I'm sorry for not updating my journal entries as often as I would like...right now, I feel like I'm living in the gym 24/7....I have also been fighting this horrible flu/cold, so when I'm not in the gym, I am trying to catch up on sleep!!!
A few more weeks and I can catch up on my sleep!!
