Wow!!! It's been awhile since I last posted here....been very, very busy!!! I am 3.5 weeks out from the Europa Super Show, so training has been pretty intense. I have a pretty bad groin injury and have been seeking treatments on a regular basis....thanks Nancy!!! My routines have been suffering, but I'm trying to stay positive and I keep telling myself that if I need to modify my routines the day of the show, than that's what I will have to do!!!! I will be guest performing this weekend at the CBBF World Qualifier, so I will have to see how the old injury holds up....wish me luck!!!

That DVD looks fantastic... that is definitely on my wishlist... especially an autographed copy!!
