Here are the Top 3 Fitness Champions at the Europa Super Show. (me..in 2nd place, Tanji Johnson in 1st & Julie Palmer in 3rd).
Congratulations to all competitors who competed at this event...Everyone looked beautiful, with incredible physiques and very entertaining routines...Way to go!!!
I am currently preparing for the Fitness Olympia that will be taking place September 29th in Las Vegas........I am very excited and working extremely hard on improving both fitness routines, as well as continuing to improve on my overall physique.
I will be shooting with some incredible photographers at the O and am excited and honored to be given the opportunity to work with them.

How are you? I hope you're enjoying your long weekend.
Let me know what you think about the DVD...the second DVD is a follow up of Tambra and me at the Arnold Classic...a lot of behind the scenes, what to pack for competition etc...The 3rd one is still in the works, but will be a lot of my high performance, competition and off season training exercises and workouts.
