New Home of "TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS"

We are so excited to share with everyone all the new and exciting things that are happening with TEAMOBRIEN. Within the last six weeks, Dennis and I (and of course, Alex & Happy) have moved our home back to St. Catharines, to the city where I grew up! Since we've been back, Dennis and I have gone back to the gym where we first met, and where I first started getting serious with my weight training. This is where it all began..........................FULTONS 24 HOUR FITNESS/THE DOWNTOWN HEALTH CLUB.

Many incredible offers and opportunities have been presented to us since moving back to St Catharines and Dennis and I had to make some BIG decisions both personally and professionally. One of the opportunities that was presented, was to move our company, TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS to the DOWNTOWN HEALTH CLUB....This was something Dennis and I just had to jump at and an opportunity we couldn't turn down. We are just in the process of building our new office, co-ordinating and designing new programs for new members and existing competitive and non competitve clients....This also includes Dennis's Sports Specific & High Performance Athletic Strength & Conditioning Programs. .......All programs will be up and running the second week in October as soon as we get back from the Fitness Olympia and the West Palm Beach Competitions. (note: All TEAMOBRIEN ATHLETES will be receiving further information via email)

MEDIA WEEK WITH MINDI O, TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS & THE DOWNTOWN HEALTH CLUB

This past weekend, 610 CKTB and 105.7-EZ Rock, came to the Downtown Health Club to see what all the excitement was all about.....I sat with Reporter Brett Sweeney who was very interested about learning more about my journey to the Fitness Olympia, and he also made announcement to all listening viewers that TEAMOBRIEN has found a new home at the DOWNTOWN HEALTH CLUB.......Since this interview, we have been bombarded with eager fitness enthusiasts ready to join the club and the upcoming programs! Come the second week in October, we will be ready to go in full force!!!

Tomorrow, I will be meeting with the St. Catharines Standard to do another interview about our big news and I have also been recently interviewed by the Toronto Star......

On Friday at noon, CH NEWS will be joining us at the DOWNTOWN HEALTH CLUB....They will be interviewing me on my upcoming fitness competitions (the FITNESS OLYMPIA & THE WEST PALM BEACH PRO SHOW) and will also be giving you a sneak peek of our new home !!! So tune into CH NEWS this Friday @ noon!!!!

I was recently approached by BODYBUILDING.COM to do an interview for the upcoming FITNESS OLYMPIA. I will be doing my interview with BODYBUILDING.COM tomorrow afternoon. I am very excited and feel honored to have been one of the athletes selected for the second time to do an interview, as this is one of the biggest and most popular fitness/bodybuilding sites on the web....

This week has been an amazing one.....We couldn't be happier with the decisions that we have made over the last few weeks.....Dennis and I feel that all of our hard work has payed off. We have surrounded ourselves with some wonderful, supportive people and we now feel that we are truly at home.
