OLYMPIA UPDATE!!!

Only 16 days out from the 2006 Fitness Olympia!!!

I am so excited and feel so honored to have earned the opportunity to represent my country at the biggest and most pretegious event in our sport....My training has been going really well and am at the point of just having to maintain my physique at where it is....Now it's just a matter of manipulating my food intake....I can't afford to lose anymore weight/size.... I am still dealing with some minor injuries, but I think every fitness competitor on the planet is dealing with some kind of pain or discomfort....it's all part of the sport!!! I will be going to see a specialist tomorrow to work on some of my injuries....any kind of relief will be amazing. I will give the updates on this procedure.....
My routines are coming along really well. My music for my 2 minute routine is very unique and Scott Bialik from the Sound Dome did an amazing job putting it all together. Yesterday, during an interview, I was asked numerous questions regarding my fitness history....I actually forgot just how much I have accomplished over the last 10 years (especially the last two)....I had to go back to my bio to re-read what I have done.....As I read over my bio, I was quite pleased with all of my accomplishments.....I never would have thought that I would be competing at my 3rd FITNESS OLYMPIA in a row....3 FOR 3 BABY!!! To finish off the 2006 competitive season, I will have competed in 12 IFBB PRO SHOWS in the last 2 years.....
I am looking forward to competing at the O, seeing all of the competitors, fans, and friends and enjoying and creating new memories. I have numerous photoshoots booked over the weekend, so I will have a lot of updated info to post here on my site...Also, I have decided to compete at the West Palm Beach Pro show the following week (October 7th), so Dennis and I will be staying in Vegas for the entire week following the O and then flying out to Florida on the following Thursday. We are both really excited and looking forward to c0mpete at both events.......


Dennis and I have so many exciting "NEW" things happening personally and professionally...lots of upcoming media events, interviews, etc....please check back in a few weeks to see what's happening!! Looks like TEAMOBRIEN is growing again!!!!

I would like to wish all the CANADIAN competitors the best of luck this weekend who will be competing at the North American Championships, as well as the CBBF Canadian Bodybuilding Championships.....Good luck....bring home the gold!!!!
