The weekend camp was a blast!!! It was so great to see all of you...Boy, did you guys work your asses off....literally!!! lolHope you're all able to walk today....just wait until tomorrow....then let me know how you're feeling!!!
Canadian Fitness Champion, Marnie Holley flew in from Sault Ste. Marie, for a visit and a workout....it was so great to see you Marnie and I'm happy to hear that you arrived home safely.....We now have a new plan put into action and Marnie will be back better than ever...so watch out!!!!!
All of the TEAMOBRIEN ATHLETES are fired up and ready to hit the stage....I have a feeling it's going to be a great year.....
Next weekend's mini camp will be held on Sunday February 18th at the St. Catharines location.
10:00am-11:45am: we will be focusing on upper body conditioning.....
