Hello!!!

First of all I would like to thank everyone for your on-going support....I truly appreciate it!!
I feel truly blessed to have so many wonderful and supportive people in my life.....I want to thank, Dennis for being such an amazing coach, husband and friend, my adorable son Alex, for being so understanding with my training and contest prep....(Alex even took the initiative to help with the laundry!!!) my parents for helping out with watching Alex and Happy while we are on our travels, KHP Designs for my routine outfits, Passion Fruit Designs for suiting me up, Doug Schneider for constantly providing his feedback and for being such an amazing friend, Kenny from Wizards Hair Salon, John Fulton from Fulton Fitness, all of the fans, members to the site, and fellow TEAMOBRIEN ahtletes.....You are all so amazing...thank you!!!


I am off to my third consecutive Arnold Classic/Fitness International.....As an amateur, this was always one of my dreams...to compete at the Fitness International...I never would have thought that I would be making my third appearance in only 2.5 years! WOW!! I am very proud to be representing Canada!! I will take a ton of pics while I'm gone.....I have a few shoots booked, so we will also have some new pics/video footage up next week!!

I want to wish Alex luck this weekend....He will be competing at the Ontario's in a rowing competition...Good luck Alex!! Stay calm, stay focused and give it your all.....Believe in yourself babe....I'm sorry we can't be there in person, but we will be there in spirit!!


Well....I guess that's it....I feel like i've done my homework...feel great... mentally, physically and spiritually....the rest is up to the judges! No matter where I end up, I am happy to be given the opportunity to compete once again at one of the most prestigious competitions in the world and to compete amongst the best fitness athletes on the IFBB Pro circuit...I have made some improvements to my physique and I am feeling good....
