I know...I know...it's been awhile since I last updated!!

Hello everyone!!

I know, I know...it's been awhile since I last updated....

Well...let's see...what's new in the life of Mindi O??

Since the Arnold, I have been busy working on new projects, catching up with friends and spending time with family. I have been spending a ton of time with Alex and really enjoying our time together...We have been going for evening speed walks down by the canal, going for light runs, watching tv together, and just hanging out and talking about things...everything....I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful and amazing son like him.
Dennis and I have a few interesting and exciting projects on the go and can't wait to share them with everyone!! We will keep you all informed!!

My off season training is in full swing...I feel amazing right now. Lots of energy, and great workouts....I will start taking advantage of my off season right now and start working new gymnastics skills and start choreographing some new routines....Since turning pro in 2004, I have competed in 16 pro shows, (3 of which were the Fitness International and 3 Fitness Olympia's)so I really haven't had any down time to work on skills and really allow my body to rest and be able to recover properly. I have only gained 3 lbs back since the Arnold and I feel great and very healthy.....I'm very pleased so far and am very excited for the upcoming competition season.
My next shows are: The Europa Super Show: August 10-11th in Texas
All Star Pro Fitness: August 24-25th-Little Rock, Arkansas
Atlantic Pro Show: September 14-25th-Atlantic City, NJ
Fitness Olympia: Hopefully re-qualify for this event
Palm Beach Pro show: October ?-West Palm Beach

So, my upcoming season will be very hectic, but I love competing and can't wait to get back up on stage with a new, well rested package....(mind, body and soul)

I think that's it....Oh ya...I also have a new addiction.....I am addicted to FACEBOOK. I have been contacted and reunited with so many people from my past....elementary school, highschool, old gymnasts that I coached, old gymnastic teammates....it's so weird....but I love it!!!

Oh ya!!! My best friend Tambra is getting married this weekend.......she' s in St. Marten's getting married on the beach...All the best T & Jay...Tambra will now be MRS. PATTINSON....CONGRATS!!! We wish we were there celebrating with you.....we will have to make another vacation to celebrate.....
