FESTIVAL CITY CHAMPIONSHIPS

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

I just got home from work...Dennis and I had a very productive morning at the studio and then attended a few meetings in the early afternoon....I am finally home and am able to catch up on some emails, facebook...(I know...i am addicted!!) and of course catch up on a ton of paper work....but it's great to be home early... This evening Dennis and I promised to take Alex to the movies...I am not sure what we are going to see..it's Alex's decision. He brought home his mid-term report card and once again...he made the honor list!! To celebrate, Alex decided it would be a fun evening to go to the movies....I am soooo looking forward to spending some much needed time with him.

Tomorrow Dennis and I will be attending the Festival City Championships in Stratford, Ontario.
TEAMOBRIEN'S FUTURE FITNESS STAR, JACLYN TROUP will be competing for the very first time in fitness...Jaclyn competed last year in figure, but wanted to try something a little more challenging. Jaclyn has made some great improvements to her overall physique (which by the way, is killer) and she will be performing her routine for the very first time in front of a large audience....GOOD LUCK JACLYN!!!
Jamor Productions is expecting to have at least 100 competitors attending this event. To date, this is the largest level 1 show in Canada....Congrats to Jim and Norm from Jamor Productions for offering such an amazing event for the competitors!!!

Congrats and I agree with Miche, to bad there was no competition in the fitness category, or any category for that matter. Sounds like this show was much smaller than anticipated...what a shame!

Enjoy the victory Jacyln, all your hard work has paid off and your routine was spot on!

Your coaches are the best in the business and they were extremely proud of you!
