WE FINALLY DID IT!!!

We have been bombarded with numerous emails wondering why things have been so quiet on my site and plenty of rumors have been flying around....To put some of the rumors to rest.....I have not retired from competing in Fitness....Since turning pro in 2004, I have done 16 pro shows in the last 2.5 years and I plan on doing many more shows in the near future...In fact I have 4, possibly 5 shows booked back to back starting in August-October.....I decided to sit out from the New York show that took place April 14th, but I have a good reason for doing so.......

TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS have been extremely busy over the past few months.......We felt it was time to build a "new" and "permanent" home...and one to call our own!! We wanted to offer our clients something very unique and personal and something that no one else has done.....we felt it would be very beneficial to our clients to create a one-stop-shop .....A few months ago, Dennis and I were asked to be the special guests at the Grand Opening of the Physical Development Nutrition Shoppe (the owners Pete and Elaine are good friends of ours, so we naturally said YES!!) We had been planning for years to open and own our own studio, and the opportunity, time and location were perfect...we just happened to be in the right place at the right time when the offer was presented to us....Pete and Elaine just so happened to have the lower level available to allow us build our dream studio... a week later we were in there tearing down walls, renovating and designing the future home of TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS & NUTRITION STUDIO....We had a vision, and a dream and we built the new home of TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS.....

AFTER HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF DOING OUR VERY OWN RENOVATIONS, WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE FINALLY OPEN AND ARE EXCITED TO SHARE OUR PASSION OF FITNESS AND HEALTH TO ALL....
