I know, I know....it's been quite awhile since I have updated my blog page....I have been swamped lately with work, training and preparing our incredible team of athletes for all of their shows and have fallen behind with the updates....
Wow.... TEAMOBRIEN cleaned house and took home a shit load of hardware over the last few shows.......Congrats TEAMOBRIEN ATHLETES!!!!
TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS brought an amazing team of athletes to compete at the Mississauga South Central Fitness, Figure and Bodybuilding Championships . This show is one of the biggest shows in Ontario and was full of incredibly well conditioned physiques. Our team walked away with many titles and a great feeling of relief and success!

TEAMOBRIEN CLEANED HOUSE AGAIN!!!!!!
This weekend TEAMOBRIEN headed up north to Sudbury Ontario to compete at the Ontario National Qualifier (drug tested event), and the Sudbury and Northern Ontario Championships (level 1 & 2). It was a very exhausting weekend, but well worth the trip....TEAMOBRIEN once again walked away with many titles!!!

FITNESS: Jodi Boam: 1st place-kick ass routine girl!!
Jaclyn Troup: 2nd place-great performance...best one this year!!

LEVEL 1: FIGURE: Tambra Tufford-Pattinson-Medium height class-3rd place

CONGRATULATIONS to Oxygen Cover Model and mother of 6, Francisca Dennis for placing a very well deserved 5th place overall at the FAME NATIONALS this weekend. Fran competed in the Pro Fitness Model Division and was competing amongst some of the most beautiful Fitness Models in the industry.....Way to go Fran. Fran will be competing at the CBBF Ontario Provincial Championships on June 23rd in London Ontario.....Congrats Fran.....
All of these incredible athletes have now qualified for the next level....some will be competing next weekend at the World Qualifier (drug tested event), some will be competing on June 23rd at the Ontario Provincial Championships, and some will even go on to represent Ontario at the National Fitness & Figure Championships on June 30th in Edmonton, Alberta.....
Dennis and I are sooooooooo proud of each and every one of you. It's been an amazing year so far and it has been a pleasure working with all of you. It's such a wonderful and emotional experience for Dennis and I to watch all of you step out on stage and present all of your hard work and efforts....the minute you have stepped out on stage, you are all champions in our eyes.
