TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS would like to congratulate MARNIE HOLLEY on winning the CBBF CANADIAN FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIPS....Marnie also earned her IFBB PRO FITNESS STATUS!!!
Way to go Marnie!!!
Marnie competed 2 weeks ago at the CBBF World National Qualifier and placed second overall. Marnie presented a nice overall package, but seemed to fall apart in the morning routine round....This was a very upsetting situation for Marnie and she was determined to never allow that to happen to her again....Marnie went back to the gym the following Monday and performed her routine, over and over to ensure that she wouldn't have this happen to her again....Well....Marnie came to visit me a few days ago and we went over her last few depletion workouts, discussed her nutrition plan, practised her posing and stage presentation and I do have to say, I was extremely pleased with how much she tightened up over the last few weeks and she came to me with a different mind set....a winning mind set!!!
WAY TO GO MARNIE....Welcome to the Pro Ranks!!
See you when you get back....we need to put a new plan into action!!!
