This journal entry is l-o-n-g overdue....Sorry T!!!

Tambra is one of the hardest and most dedicated athletes that I have ever met or have had the opportunity to work with.

Tambra competed for the first time at the 2006 Ontario National Qualifier (drug tested event) only 10 months after giving birth to her beautiful daughter Alexis.....Tambra trained throughout her entire pregnancy...I don't think she missed a workout the entire 9 months!!! In fact.....the day Tambra was in labor, she was in the gym training.....we met up to train early that morning and she wasn't feeling 100%....I thought she was in labor, but she insisted that she wasn't....I recommended that we not workout that morning, and Tambra told me that I was either going to train her, or she was going to train on her own.....I ended up training her......later that morning I received a phone call from T informing me that she was on her way to the hospital....she was in labor!!!

Anyways, Tambra ended up placing 4th overall at her show and looked incredible.....I was soooo proud of her!!

Tambra lives and breathes fitness....she works out at least 5-6 days a week, incorporating weight training and cardiovascular training......she eats clean almost all of the time.....she will call me to ask if it's ok to cheat.....(and believe me, her cheats are still clean!!!) Tambra decided that she wanted to compete again......We put a plan into action and away we went.....Tambra ended up competing at the Sudbury Championships (level 1) placing 3rd overall in the figure tall class and she also competed at the National Qualifier (drug tested) on the same day and placed 4th overall. Tambra looked incredible and Dennis and I were sooooo proud of her.

It was a great experience...........................

Tambra is still training like a mad woman, still eating clean, and inspiring soooo many people along the way.......I am so proud of you T and am blessed to have someone like you in my life.....

Way to go!!!!!!!
