HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I know, I know...it's a little late!!! I have been insanely busy since the holiday season and haven't had time to sit and write. I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday and I wish you all a terrific 2008!!

My holiday season was a hectic one, but I had a wonderful time visiting with my family and friends. A few days before Christmas, I received my invite to the Arnold Classic/Fitness International!! I was soooo excited and relieved to have been considered once again to represent Canada at this incredible event!! This will be my 4th consecutive time competing at the Fitness International.....I feel blessed and extremely lucky to have been given this opportunity....I have been training hard and working new routines...I hope to bring in the best overall package yet!!!
