Hello Everyone!
Well...it's 19 days out until the Arnold Classic/Fitness International....time is just flying by!
I have been dealing with a few injuries and am dealing with an annoying cold (one that everyone else seems to have) but other than that, my body is on, training is going well and my routines are looking and feeling pretty good.
I am looking forward to stepping on stage this year with a new look, and new suits...I will be meeting with Karen from KHP DESIGNS to discuss and finalize my suits....I am so excited!
Well, I will keep you all updated as we get closer to the show!
