We are packed and ready to move!!!!
We are pleased to announce the construction of our new training facility has now been completed and ready for us to move in!!
Our new home is located at the Burlington Square Plaza on 760 Brant St. Unit #48. TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS & THE NEW YOU will now be working under the umbrella of THE CANADIAN PERSONAL TRAINERS ALLIANCE.
Registered Massage Therapists and a Sport Supplement & Sports Wear Store will also be available on location.
*****ALL TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE CANCELLED SATURDAY APRIL 26TH DUE TO MOVING….ALL TRAINING SESSIONS WILL RESUME THURSDAY MAY 1ST AT OUR NEW LOCATION.
