CONGRATULATIONS REBECCA!!
Rebecca Miller-Small competed for the very first time last weekend at the IDFA show in Toronto, Ontario.
Rebecca's physique was on for almost 4 weeks before stepping on stage. It was important for us to maintain Rebecca's conditioning over the last 4 weeks and not to bring her in over dieted and over conditioned...Rebecca brought an incredible over physique to the stage and ended up winning the figure division....There were 14 well conditioned and beautiful women competing in Rebecca's class....Great job Rebecca. Dennis and I are sooo proud of you.....
A very special thank you goes out to Sommer Robertson.....Sommer you are an amazing athlete, incredible teammate and I just want to thank for helping Rebecca at the show...I can't always attend every show, but I know you are always there to help out, make sure the girls are tanned, oiled, glued and relaxed....You're the best....Thanks again Sommer...
