Hi Mindi Hard at work I see...I have a question for you, I was just watching one of your Video shoots with that amazing young lady Britt Miller amazing just amzing but who picks out the music for it...I like it better when you talk and explain what you are doing and joke...somethings you say just make me almost wet my pants...I know too much information!!!.
Hi D, Thanks for the comments! I enjoy reading all of them! Mike from Herbiceps.com and his wife select the music for the videos. I think the music they choose is great!! Maybe it's better I don't talk...it may save you from having an accident!! haha!! With the more recent video footage that we have been doing, I do a lot more explaining about my workouts, daily events and a lot more information as to who Mindi O'Brien is. Let me know what you think.
