HI EVERYONE!!!

I hope you have all had a great week and will be able to enjoy the weekend.
This past week has been pretty hectic. Dennis and I have been putting many hours into building plans for TEAMOBRIEN. This year alone, we will have over 30 athletes competing in Ontario: in fitness, figure and bodybuilding. We are very excited for next years competition season!!
I would like to congratulate Stacey Mlinerivic, Kim Tilden and Marnie Holley for making it into Oxygen Magazine for their great success at the 2005 CBBF Natural World Qualifier. You can see their pictures in the BLAB section on page 45 in the January Issue.Way to go!!!

My picture is also in the same issue in Oxygen Magazine. The pictures and write up this show were very well done. Looking at my pictures from this show, I feel that I may have gone too far with my diet and didn't fill up enough the night before. I mentally and physically felt the best at this show, but my physique came in too stringy. It's always great to look back at photos to see where improvements can be made. Congratulations to all athletes who competed at this event.

It has been very cold this week and we have finally had our first big snow fall. It is so pretty here, but it is way too cold for me.....I think I'm going to have to consider moving somewhere a lot warmer year round!!!

My picture was in the Hamilton Spectator!! This was a great photoshoot that I did for my good friend Kenny Smith who owns WIZARDS INC. He is an amazing hairstylist and he is very creative with all of his work. Korby Banner did an incredible job with my makeup and photgraphy. I had a great time working with both of you. Thanks guys!!!

Well, I guess that's all the new and exciting news here!!! I have to run...we're putting up our Christmas tree tonight!!
