SCHEDULE: see below
FRIDAY MARCH 24TH:
6:00pm-7:15pm: Group A & B-Upper Body-Shoulder Conditioning
7:30pm-8:45pm: Group A & B-Lower Body-overall leg conditioning & Abs
SATURDAY MARCH 25TH:
Noon-1:15pm- Group A & B-Upper Body-Back Conditioning
1:30pm-2:45pm-Group A & B-Lower Body-Quads & Calves
3:00pm-4:15pm-Group A-Upper Body-Chest Conditioning
Group B-Fitness Routine, Skills & Conditioning Camp
SUNDAY MARCH 26TH:
NOON-1:15pm-Group A & B-Upper Body-Arms
1:30pm-2:45pm-Group A & B-Lower Body-Glutes & Hamstring conditioning
3:00pm-5:00pm-Posing & Physique Presentation-walking, 1/4 turns, and mock competition-comparisons.
***NOTE: Please pre book the Mini-Fitness Camp Classes teamobrien@cogeco.ca
***Each "Group" has limited spaces available-Please do not just show up...there may not be any room.
