The level of competition was fierce this year...I was really impressed with the high quality of girls who competed ...all of you definitely earned your spot on to compete on that national level stage!!!

Dennis and I received numerous compliments on your overall stage presentation and overall conditioning...Dennis and I were so proud to have been given the opportunity to coach all of you...we were like proud parents!!!

Kim Tilden:- 1st place!!! Great Job!!! Your physique was stunning...great lines, great shape and great overall conditioning....good luck representing Canada in Spain and good luck at the North Americans!!!

Stacey Mlinarevic: Great job!!! We think you looked incredible!! Red is definitely your color...you looked stunning!! You've had an amazing competitive season and now you can go tie the knot....good luck with your wedding plans!!! xo

Michelle Monteith: You have come a long way baby!!! Your hair, make up-(thanks Janet), and your suits looked incredible. with a little more fine tuning, you can definitely break the top 3!!!

Chrissy Piraino: 3rd place: Holy s#@t girl...do you ever light up the stage!! You were a pleasure to watch...you have so much energy...it's contagious!!! You have really made some great gains this year....Doug Schneider even took notice...and believe me, it's hard to get a compliment from him!!! Great job superstar!!!

Marnie Holley: 1st place: Well, well, well...it's been an amazing competitive season for you!! Two time fitness Canada winner!! Well done! Off to Spain to compete against the best in the world!!! Marnie you are one of the best Fitness Competitors that Canada has ever sent....do us proud!!!!

It has been an amazing journey so far to watch all of you grow and develop into some of Canada's top athletes.....Thanks for allowing us to share your success.....
