Competition season is here!!!
TEAMOBRIEN athletes have been training hard all season and are now ready to take the compettion stage!
Mymuna Nasrin started off the 2010 competition season with an incredible 3rd place finish at the 2010 Arnold Classic (Amateur Bikini Divsion). Mymuna has been training incredibly hard and she has definitely made some remarkable improvements. Mymuna is now focusing on competing at the 2010 CBBF Canadian Natural Physique Championships on April 3rd in Laval Quebec....Mymuna will be joining her team-mates at this event....They are all competing for the chance to represent Canada at the World Championships and the opporunity to earn their IFBB Pro Status....
I would like to wish Brigitte Blais the best of luck...Brigitte will be taking the stage this weekend, Saturday March 27th at the Fitness Star Event....Brigitte has had a terrific off season and has made some significant gains...With sporting a new look, a new bikini and a positive attitude, Brigitte will bring her best package to the stage....Good luck Brigitte!!!
Heading to Laval, Quebec to compete at the CBBF Canadian Natural Physique Championships are Tawnya Gee, Erica Marten, Nancy Sinclair, Mymuna Nasrin, Floyd Jacobs, Lucy Cerantola, Jo-Anne Robertson, and Ann Marie Sirko.
These athletes have been focused on this show since last September and are ready to take the national stage....Dennis and I are really excited and very proud of each and every one of you....This is a great opportunity to be representing your province and we are pleased to have been part of your journey. My beautiful assistant and teammate, Caitlin Carverhill and I will be making the road trip to Laval to cheer you all on....Stay focused, keep training hard and remember....never let your competition out-train you.....
