THE WEEKEND......

Hello Everyone!!
I hope you all had a great weekend!!!
This weekend was the Western Ontario Championships held in Brantford, Ontario. The show was put on by Jamor Enterprize and as always, it was a huge success.....There were over 130 athletes competing this weekend and the quality of competitors were top notch. I would like to congratulate all of the TEAMOBRIEN athletes on a job well done...In our eyes, you are all champions.....I always tell you that if you can go out on stage and ask yourself if you gave it your all, gave it 110% effort, than you have done your job and should be proud of all of your accomplishments....there are only a handful of people on this planet that can do what you have just done......CONGRATULATIONS LADIES!!!!
I would like to congratulate Dana, Heather(top 5), Trixxie(3rd place & qualifies for the Provincials), Anna Liisa(top 5) and Ray(3rd place & qualifies for the Provincials) for a job well done.
We need to get together soon to put a new plan together for the 2007 competitive season.

The taping of my second DVD was done yesterday....It went really well and I am excited to see how this DVD turns out. I had a great time shooting with Doug Schneider and Dennis Beitler., so thank you for making my day so enjoyable!!!
I would like to thank Randy Roach for the use of his home gym(it's a fully equipped gym in his basement with some of the best pieces of equipment that I have ever used!!) I would also like to thank Bodyupfitness for providing me with some of their clothing. Dennis will be posting teasers in the "What's New?" section, so keep checking in.......

I always enjoy attending these events...it's like one big family reunion!!! It was great seeing everyone and I look forward to seeing you all in the new year!!
