Monday: 7:30-8:30pm-full body
Tuesday: 7:30-8:30pm-leg conditioning/cardio
Wednesday: 7:30-8:30pm-core & cardio
Thursday: 7:30-8:30pm-full body-most challenging workout of the week!
Saturday: 10-11am-leg conditioning camp-OUCH!
