Mini camp schedule:April 21st-23rd 2006.
Location: Burlington Fitness and Racquet Club- www.burlingtonfitness.ca
FRIDAY APRIL 21ST:
6:00pm-7:15pm: Upper Body Conditioning: Shoulders & Abs
7:30pm-8:45pm: Lower Body Conditioning: Legs & Calves
SATURDAY APRIL 22ND:
Noon-1:15pm: Upper Body Conditioning: Back & Abs
1:30pm-2:45pm: Lower Body Conditioning: Quads & Calves
3:00pm-4:15pm: Upper Body Conditioning: Chest & Abs
3:00pm-4:15pm: Fitness Routine: skills and progression-polishing routine
SUNDAY APRIL 23RD:
Noon-1:15pm: Upper Body Conditioning: Arms-Biceps & Triceps
1:30pm-2:45pm: Lower body Conditioning:Glutes & Hamstrings
3:00pm-?: Stage presentation, 1/4 turns, posing and walking. Work on overall stage presentation/mock competition

All women are welcome to attend. You DO NOT need to be a competitive athlete to participate in the mini camps.
