FRIDAY MAY 12TH:
6:00pm-7:15pm:Upper Body Conditioning: Shoulders/Calves
SATURDAY MAY 13TH: CANCELLED
Noon-1:15pm: Upper Body Conditioning: Back/abs
1:30pm-2:45pm: Lower Body Conditioning: Glutes/Hamstrings
3:00pm-4:15pm: Upper Body Conditioning: Chest/Abs
Fitness Routine Conditioning: skills, dance, etc....
SUNDAY MAY 14TH: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
Noon-1:15pm: Upper Body Conditioning: Arms: biceps/Triceps
1:30pm-2:45pm: Lower Body Conditiong: Quads/Hamstrings
3:00pm-4:15pm: Posing-working on overall stage presentation, 1/4 turns, walking in heels and mock competitions.
****Spaces are limited, so please book in early to guarantee your choice of mini camp. Please contact teamobrien@cogeco.ca for booking your time slot.
These camps are available to women only....you DO NOT need to be a competitor to participate in these camps.....
